Add tampon and sanitary napkin commercials, and those
annoying pregnacy test kit ads which glorify pregnacy but
just about never show someone sighing with relief when
she's not, yet they won't advertize birth control
items..Also those annoying, grating Target commercials
with that old Beatles song and Safeway's with "Sweet Dream
Believer". I won't shop those places because I don't care
to waste my hard-earned money on those gratuitously
excessive royalties for grossly overpaid loafing singers.
An original jingle like they used to have is much
better."licensed" products are another huge annoyance.
I'll be damned if I'll pay to advertize someone's product
or sports team. I prefer it the city bus way: The
companies, teams, rock acts, movies, etc.will need to pay
me to carry their logos and other advertizing just as they
pay for the ad space on buses and streetcars. They should
at least give the clothing, caps, etc. free as promos if

Franky, Any score is
good for a middle schooler. It is EXCELLENT that you're
taking it early, but the point of it when you take it in
middle school is basically so you can see what the test it
like. The more familiar you are with the SAT, generally
speaking, the better you do on it. :) (I started taking the
ACT in 7th grade, and the SAT in 9th.)
That said, I'm not sure you can find an average or
percentile

specifically for 7th graders-- the only one I've been able
to find on College Board is the overall average (they
generally say "of college-bound high
school
seniors/juniors"), which is about 500 on each section, 1500
average total. There should be a percentile next to your
scores so you can see how you compare.

if you're below that. You probably won't have had a lot of
the math that's on the SAT yet, and you have plenty of time

We used the Dining
Experience first during a summer trip
(when the parks were quite
crowded). We
ate at Mama
Melrose's, which is a healthy walk from the Fantasmic
area. By the time we got there it was already very
crowded. We sat in some of the last seats of our reserved
section and it was great. The seats, even though they were
a little off to the side, were terrific. The next trip
(during January) we didn't think we needed to use the
package. It was still very crowded (even though we got
there earlier than the time before) and we
barely got
ANY
seats at all. I really think the package is the way to go
-- it is much nicer knowing that we will get nice seats
than worrying about whether we will get any seats at all.

I have to pay $6.50 a
gallon for my gas, while I'll bet you are paying, if you
drive, less than $4,00 a gal. Why! Because my country choses
to export oil to your country (we are the second largest
supplier of your imported oil component, we are your
Northern neighbor, Canada)
I guess you can imagine how happy I would be if you would
just stop driving your big SUVs (at least get smaller SUVs
like me) so that we could keep more of our oil and thereby
lower the price of gas that I have to pay while you pay $2
or 3 dollars a gallon less.
(Some people just can't see past the end of their nose.)
