I met
this painter just by the Lake of the Flowers in Balboa Park. He
looked Spanish/Mexican and was busy painting Spanish architecture,
talking with somebody by a cell phone but despite this he said hello
to us at the same time.

stripe on the side and a tan straw insole. These flops
are about 3 years old and have seen better days. The
Montego Bay Club tag is heavily soiled and barely
readible. They are in a size 10 and belonged to a friend
of mine. She really beat them up wearing around the
house, errands, dancing, and socially. Wear is evident
throughout, particularly on the straw type insoles that
are curling up from wear. The soles are worn nearly
smooth. She bought a new pair so she has no use for these
anymore, but I think a lucky ebayer out there can give
them a good home.

Worn Tires
will cause noise, so check the tread for feathering,/unusual wear,
etc. This is the first step you should take a look at. Don't assume
the worst, or that the solution to your problem will be throwing
money at it.
Very well-worn 輕微磨損
strut tower bearings can cause enormous amounts of road noise, and
bad handling as well. This is harder to do if you are a beginner,
and maybe a good Audi mechanic might be better suited to handle this
aspect of the checklist. Any other procedure should be easy enough
for someone who has wrenched a few items on their own cars, such as
brakes, and you will need some average metric sockets, a torque
wrench, etc. to complete them.

Made from Copper 紅銅
with a brass 黃銅
mouthpiece and adjustable extension. It has an insignia

mounted on the front which appears to be of European origin. Hard to
take close up

but has a pair of Rampart Lions On either side of a shield which has
in turn a Dragon with a sword. Appears to have had the word
maintenance (or similar) on bottom of badge but has been polished
out over the years. A fair bit of wear to the cord. A fair few dents

including on the big open end. Don't know what else to call it. If
anyone has any info please let me know so I can inform any people of
its correct heritage 遺產.
Certainly does not appear to be a repro as I have had it for a long
time now.

Our slow-release, 100% organic fertilizer (5-6-5) gives your
tomatoes all the nutrients they need, including plenty of phosphorus
for big, abundant fruit. Mix a small handful into the soil at
transplant time and side dress when tomatoes begin to set fruit.
I just completed
installation of aftermarket springs and shocks on my 99 A4
Avant. It was quite a job but left me with a great feeling
of satisfaction at having done it myself. I probably saved
$100 to $200 by doing the job at home. This is the savings
of labor minus the tools I had to buy. A couple of the tools
are quite specialized, so I didn't have them around. I did
have a regular set of hand tools and quite a bit of
experience using them. I, however, had no experience working
with suspension. The tools I used are:
2 jack stands
2 socket wrenches with short extensions and 13, 16 and 18 mm
sockets
6 mm Allen wrench attachment to socket wrench
16 and 18 mm open end wrenches
18 mm deep offset box end wrench
1 pair of spring compressors and a 24 mm box end wrench to
turn them
rubber mallet and a hole punch
protractor
I did cut a few corners on this job. I recommend you do not,
but I haven't encountered any ill-effects as of yet. I did
not use a torque wrench on anything. Without the tightening
specs, I just tightened everything about as hard as it was
to get off. This is a poor method, but the best I had. I
also used all of the original nuts. You're really supposed
to use all new nuts because they are the self-locking kind
that have a crush ring that holds the threads. Reusing these
can allow them to loosen over time. Also, I didn't actually
have the deep offset box end wrench. You need this because
the bolt has to be held with a 6 mm Allen wrench while
you're loosening the nut with the box end wrench. I used a
regular socket and grabbed it with vice grips. This barely
worked. I suggest you find the right tool. Finally, I didn't
use anti-seize compound on anything. It's probably a really
good idea to use it.
If you do go ahead and do this yourself, it's at your own
risk. This is the standard disclaimer that I'm not
responsible if you hurt yourself or mess up your car
following my instructions. I hope that doesn't happen and
I've tried to explain things well, but it's a chance your
taking. |
