The
ball game is a great way to spend the day with friends and family.
Besides traditional stadium seating, there is a grassy hill where
you can purchase $5 tickets and take a picnic or have a beer and
watch the game, and there's a little mini baseball diamond where
kids can play during the game. The stadium is within walking
distance from the gaslamp district so you don't have to deal with
parking. One tip: bring a blanket or warm clothes, even on a warm
day, if your seats are in the shade - the breeze can make it chilly!

That's right, I'll have to
wait even longer to see the
next Harry Potter movie! The Harry Potter series kept me
up late at night and made (for me) reading fun again. I
had just made the comment last week that the only movie I
wanted to see all year was Harry Potter. So now I guess
the anticipation
will just have to keep building until
next year. Oh well!
Come out and see us in Corbin, that's right I said US!!!
Legendary News Anchor Steve Hensley will be
dragged away
from his news desk and he'll go on the road with me to
NIBROC. The rest of the gang will be there too, but
making fun of Steve is always more fun! Anyway, we'll
have a LIVE 6pm Newscast & 7:30pm Mountain Life Show. I'
also be there with my old trusty Guest Weather Map, be
sure to stop by!!!!!!!!

I didn’t have specific
expectations on this trip but it's definitely proven to be a
really worthwhile event. There’s been some great
conversation and contacts made and I can say that evo really
gets a lot out of representing at these industry events.

Read the covers of "women's"
magazines at the
grocery store. How to lose 20 lbs. Right next to a
piece of 4,000 calorie chocolate cake. The bottom line is
that Americans are eating a diet based on processed dead
food. We should be eating primarily foods that were alive
before we just chopped
them up, like
fruits and vegetables. Bodies need living food to be
healthy, to avoid diseases, and to be the proper weight.
This isn't a diet, this is how we're designed to be fed.

Question:
I have small bumps
腫塊 all over my
face that are the same color as my skin. I've tried
exfoliating and my skin is very dry. What are these and how
do I get rid of them?
Answer :
I'm not a dermatologist. But I did have this problem once,
and it was an allergic reaction to the makeup I was using at
the time.
***Agree, I had the same thing. The offending ingredient was
Juniper. ***Just adding to the answers already given.
Chemical peels sometimes cause this too. If you have done a
chemical peel recently, that could be the culprit.
***Most likely this is a condition known as acne comedonica,
where the sebaceous glands under the pores get clogged, and
all the gunk is trapped under the skin, which is why it's
the same color as the rest of your skin. It's somewhat
difficult to treat this (I have had mild cases myself), but
what I have found that works myself is using a homemade
aspirin mask--you buy regular, uncoated white aspirin
tablets, and dissolve them in a SMALL amount of water so you
have a paste, which you rub on your skin. Let it sit for
about five minutes, then rinse off. Use it about once or
twice a week---you'll be floored by how well it works, both
physically and chemically (it contains acetylsalicylic acid,
which is basically a cousin of our friend salicylic acid).
Also, you should use a daily skin moisturizer with 2%
salicylic acid, which helps keep anything that could clog
your pores off. You might also go to a dermatologist and get
them PROFESSIONALLY extracted. You can use benzoyl peroxide
stuff on them (use the 10% concentration or less), but it
won't do a whole lot except make them a little smaller. This
is due to the clogging being underneath the skin---the
benzoyl peroxide kills bacteria and dries up oil, but with
comedones, the medicine can't even get in, since the
clogging is in the sebaceous gland, which is below the pore
itself. Lastly, you should go to a dermatologist and get a
glycolic acid cream, since it does the same thing as
salicylic acid, but it's a little stronger, so it penetrates
deeper.
*** I agree with her. I've been using aspirins as a scrub
for two years now (except I mix them with my facial wash
after mashing them), and i have had clear skin since then!
the aspirin crumbles into fine grains that clean better than
big grained scrubs.
***I've had these before, actually, I have them right now.
For me, this rash was caused by facial scrub that contained
citrus (St. Ives Apricot Scrub and a Neutrogena Citrus
scrub). So maybe try changing facial cleanser. Mine went
away when I switched to a milder facial wash and moisturized
well. It took about 3 days to go away. The other possibilty
is if you are using an old powder/makeup application brush.
Try a new one!
***Yeah I'm having the same problem with this one bump on my
forehead. It's been there for about a month and a half now
and its just driving me crazy now. I've been using a
scrub, cleanser, and a toner but nothing seems to be working.
Are there any alternatives to add to this?? I can't see a
dermatologist since I'm not insured so that makes this a bit
more complicated.
***I am not sure if its the same thing but I have these same
color raised tiny bumps on my face and they are itchy from
time to time. They are somewhat hard and they come several
at a time. I don't know if its an allergic reaction but I
never had this problem before! The worse part is my wedding
is coming up soon and I am more stressed out than ever!
***Strange as it may sound, I had a mild case of acne and
decided to buy Clearasil pads. Instead of helping my face it
made these tiny bumps appear ALL OVER my face. Some are so
tiny that if you squeeze them only a clear fluid comes out.
None the less I'm certain it's caused from the Clearasil.
Wont be using them again.
***I have them right now, and I found out that it was an
allergic reaction to my shampoo, if you have anything that
burns your face or makes it red STOP USING IT right away if
it is a reaction the most useful way for me to make it
better was to wash my face but I'm not a professional
dermatologist or anything.

Fake eyelashes are a must for many women with sparse
eyelashes or for women going for a very dramatic look. Fake
eyelashes open up the eyes and many people think of them as
a shortcut to make-up application. If you're using fake
eyelashes you may wonder if you should apply mascara and how
to do it.
Apply the eyelashes to your eyes using eyelash glue.
Consider curling your false eyelashes before putting on the
mascara if you want to make your eyes look wider and more
open.
Start at the bottom of the eyelash and gently stroke your
mascara brush forward, making sure you completely cover the
eyelashes with mascara. Stroke it along the tops and the
bottoms of the eyelashes, gently wiggling or zig-zagging it,
to prevent clumps.
Take your index finger and your thumb and gently pinch the
eyelashes. This will help you combine the false eyelashes
with the real ones so you don't have any eyelashes sticking
up oddly.
Try to avoid blinking until the mascara is completely dry.
Avoid pumping the mascara wand in and out of the tube. This
can introduce air and bacteria.

There are many reasons to disguise yourself as a male
hipster. Perhaps you are a spy needing to infiltrate a
secret hipster society. Perhaps you are just looking for a
great Halloween costume. Perhaps, for whatever reason, you
need to start a new life and completely change your
identity. In any case, disguising yourself as a male hipster
is as easy as walking into American Apparel.
Put on a pair of tight, straight jeans. The darker the
better, but any color will do.
Put on a tight V-neck T-shirt or a tight T-shirt featuring a
pop-culture reference from the 1980s, any color.
Layer on a short thin zippered jacket or blazer--blacks,
blues or plaids only. Leave it unzippered.
Grow a beard. The more patchy and lumberjack looking, the
better. Also acceptable is a '70s-style mustache.
If you hair is
long, leave it down and un-combed.
If chin length, brush it forward and
give yourself a side part. If it's 5
inches or so, spike the top section
up, or cover it with a striped
winter hat, no matter what the
season. If you are bald, just wear
oversized headphones constantly.
Put an expression on your face somewhere between sourness
and apathy.
Take the L-Train to Williamsburg, Brooklyn, light a
parliament cigarette and fade into the crowd.

teak rocking chairs with 1 foot stool. These items originally sold

find sometimes. Everything has been re-upholstered.
We are
down sizing and will not need this anymore. It is great for blowing
the leaves into a pile and then the vac picks it up and as blowing
it into a bag it mulches the leaves. This is great for a compost and
also takes about 1/2 the number of bags if you are putting it at the
curb. Please ---
